Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or broken during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product received does not match the order placed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original packaging.
• Be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Include proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned once delivered:

• Opened or used camphor products
• Opened incense sticks or pooja items
• Wellness products that have been opened or used
• Customized or special-order products
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2-5 business days.
4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:

• Product replacement, or
• Full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
• For any other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
